Payirchi is an online training service of Scrutiny Software Solutions Private Limited (Scrutinysoft®). Please read these Terms carefully and contact us if you have any questions. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including the policies referenced in these Terms.
Payirchi is a training service given by the associates of Scrutiny Software Solutions Private Limited to those who applied for the Payirchi training programme. The training courses include Basic IT Process & Flow, Business Analyst, Front-end Developer, Back-end developer, Software Testing, Automation Testing, Basic Research and Digital Marketing.
Only those who has applied for the training courses in Scrutinysoft will be given access to Payirchi. The courses offered in “Payirchi” can only be accessed in Scrutinysoft (Intranet) and cannot be accessed through Internet.
a) The training personnel must agree to use the Payirchi service in compliance with these Agreements, and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations, including copyright laws.
b) As a condition of using the Payirchi Site, the training personnel will not use Payirchi in any manner intended to damage, disable, overburden, or impair the server or the network(s) associated to Payirchi server or to interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Payirchi service.
c) Furthermore, the training personnel must agree not to scrape, or otherwise download in bulk, any content, including but not limited to a list or directory of users on the system, online textbooks, course materials, or trademarks and logos.
The training personnel will receive the training programme completion certification from Scrutinysoft after their training period.
The trainers have full rights to terminate any training receiving personnel and revoke the training certification if they are found to violate any rules of the above online conduct.
We welcome the training personnel suggestions, ideas, comments, and other feedback regarding the Services. By submitting any Feedback, you grant us the right to use the Feedback without any restriction or any compensation to you.
Please note that we review and may make changes to this terms & conditions from time to time. Any changes to this terms & conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, with an updated effective date. By accessing Payirchi after any changes have been made, you signify your agreement on a prospective basis to the modified terms & conditions and any changes contained therein. Be sure to return to this page periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current version of this terms & conditions.
